Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven National Account Manager to drive sales, strengthen existing client relationships, and secure new business within key market sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve margins.
- Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and business reviews.
- Negotiate long-term agreements and drive strategic business plans.
- Identify new business opportunities, focusing on the fashion, cosmetics, watches, jewelry, and luxury retail sectors.
- Collaborate with business development teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions.
- Support finance in managing outstanding payments and addressing slow-moving stock.
- Conduct store visits and competitor research to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide accurate sales reporting and actively participate in team meetings.
