Role Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven National Account Manager to drive sales, strengthen existing client relationships, and secure new business within key market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve margins.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and business reviews.
  • Negotiate long-term agreements and drive strategic business plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities, focusing on the fashion, cosmetics, watches, jewelry, and luxury retail sectors.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions.
  • Support finance in managing outstanding payments and addressing slow-moving stock.
  • Conduct store visits and competitor research to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide accurate sales reporting and actively participate in team meetings.
