Multi-Disciplined Maintenance Engineer
Shifts: Rotating – 6am–2pm, 10am–6pm, 2pm–10pm - No Weekends unless its overtime. 

Shorter hours on a Friday 6-11.30, 11-5pm and 5-10.30pm

Saturday paid at time and a half, Sunday double pay.

We are hiring a Multi-Disciplined Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

You’ll report directly to the Engineering Manager and provide a mix of planned and reactive

maintenance support across a wide range of packaging machinery. You’ll receive full onsite training, and be part of a strong,

solutions-focused team.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for plant-wide reactive maintenance, ensuring safe and timely resolutions

  • Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs across PLCs, DC/AC drives, servo systems, and both single/three-phase supplies

  • Monitor performance (OEE), identify causes of downtime, and drive improvements through proactive maintenance

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to key maintenance KPIs

  • Record maintenance tasks using Maximo software

  • Identify and refurbish critical machine spares

  • Coach and support operators to build their technical understanding

  • Assist with project and equipment change activities as needed
