Multi-Disciplined Maintenance Engineer
Shifts: Rotating – 6am–2pm, 10am–6pm, 2pm–10pm - No Weekends unless its overtime.
Shorter hours on a Friday 6-11.30, 11-5pm and 5-10.30pm
Saturday paid at time and a half, Sunday double pay.

We are hiring a Multi-Disciplined Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team.
You’ll report directly to the Engineering Manager and provide a mix of planned and reactive
maintenance support across a wide range of packaging machinery. You’ll receive full onsite training, and be part of a strong,
solutions-focused team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for plant-wide reactive maintenance, ensuring safe and timely resolutions

Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs across PLCs, DC/AC drives, servo systems, and both single/three-phase supplies

Monitor performance (OEE), identify causes of downtime, and drive improvements through proactive maintenance

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to key maintenance KPIs

Record maintenance tasks using Maximo software

Identify and refurbish critical machine spares

Coach and support operators to build their technical understanding

Assist with project and equipment change activities as needed

NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent engineering/apprenticeship backgrounds.”
