You’ll play a key role in supporting commercial growth by preparing accurate and commercially competitive cost estimates, working closely with sales and production teams to bring creative packaging projects to life.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing detailed and accurate cost estimates for packaging projects and tenders

• Analysing job specs to identify the most efficient and cost-effective production methods

• Calculating material, labour, and time costs

• Working with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality

• Collaborating with sales to provide profitable and competitive proposals

• Liaising with production to ensure feasibility and accurate delivery timelines

• Building strong relationships across departments and with clients

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an Estimator within the print or packaging industry

• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

• Proficient with estimating tools and Microsoft Office

• Confident communicator with great problem-solving ability

• Self-motivated and organised, able to work to tight deadlines
