Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell packaging solutions to existing and new clients.
Develop strategies to expand business with key accounts, increasing revenue and market share.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, and Logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any potential issues.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
Lead contract negotiations and renewals with key clients.
Ensure that contractual agreements are aligned with both client expectations and company capabilities.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by key clients, working to find swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on key account performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the packaging manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of packaging products and solutions.
